Progress 8

This week we created a new movement piece for our show that was the group going on a mission to destroy the cameras in sector B. this piece was to the song “Supermassive black hole“ by Muse. The piece starts with Dom on the Scaffolding hacking into the system the followed by Meg and Freya who break through the fences and quickly scope the area, they then call us in. Toby and Carl sliding into the centre with me and Kai who slide into the centre as well but from the other side. As we meet we pull our guns out and aim them around the room then spread out. Meg and Freya then re-enter and go to the front of the stage. At this point in the piece a strobe kicks in while we perform 2 gun poses and lower are selves to the ground. When we reach the ground the Strobe stops as we look side to side. We all go up as the strobe starts again; we then hit sideways and grab our arm to pull it round to the other side. We twist our arm round to pull out a knife and then do a kick to the audiences as the Strobe goes out, then me, Freya, Meg and Carl. Toby and Kai then go forward and perform a choreographed fight with each other. After that Meg and Freya walk forward and we all perform a routine together once and then again but in cannon. Finally we all run to the back of the stage and hide from Dom who walks on stage as a civilian, we all then run off while Dom wanders around the stage until toby runs on and strangles him to death.
